We have developed specialist coatings through our in-house lab using state-of-the-art equipment, creating products that raise the bar in composite tooling. With our precise systems and processes, we can dramatically reduce production schedules while improving the surface finish over and above the industry-standard, as well as retaining critical tooling block detail and definition.
We have pioneered a new technique for coating tooling blocks with a specially formulated material applied to an incredibly high standard. Retaining scribe lines and other pattern details at all times, film build tolerance is kept to just 0.1 mm.
Several Formula One teams use our pattern coating system. We ensure the team’s carbon fibre moulds and components are pore-free and glossy. As well as aiding appearance, all-important weight improvements are achieved with the elimination of pore filling. We can successfully coat all density pattern blocks with incredible results, for all types of composite laminating techniques.
